Decent diffuser, okay support

I ordered the Ultrasonic Essential Oil Diffuser and a bottle of Sweet Orange Essential Oil. The diffuser works well, puts out a good mist. Delivery was fairly quick, took about a week and a half for the order to get to me in Florida. I had a question about cleaning the diffuser and customer support got back to me in a couple of days. The orange oil smells authentic. Overall, a pretty good experience.

I've been using their lavender and frankincense for a while, seems legit to me. No weird smells or anything, and they work great in my diffuser. They claim to be 100% pure and organic too.

Yeah, I did some research before buying. Everything I found said they're totally pure. I've used both Base Essentials and Doterra, and honestly, can't tell a difference in quality for the common ones. Base Essentials is usually cheaper too.

It's an Australian company, so it takes a bit. I think my last order took like 10-14 days to get to California.
